INTEGRAL PRIVACY NOTICE
1. Identity of the responsible party
Rassini, S.A.P.I. de C.V.; Rassini Suspensiones, S.A. de C.V., Rassini Frenos, S.A. de C.V., Manufacturas Rassini, S.A. de C.V. and Bypasa, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, “Rassini Group”). (hereinafter, “Rassini Group”), domiciled at Pedregal 24, Colonia Molino del Rey, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico, C.P. 11040, understands and recognizes the importance of the legitimate, controlled and informed treatment of the personal data (hereinafter, “Personal Data”) of its customers, “Personal Data") of users, customers, candidates for employees, employees, suppliers and, in general, of those holders (hereinafter the ‘Users’) who visit our facilities located at the address indicated above or browse our website at https: //www. rassini.com/index.html, for which reason Rassini Group makes this Privacy Notice available to the Users, in order for them to know the means and purposes that will be given in the treatment of their Personal Data, in accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and other applicable regulations (hereinafter “the Law”).
2. Personal Data collected and subjected to processing
For the fulfillment of the purposes that will be described below, Rassini Group may collect, physically or digitally, the following categories of Personal Data:
Identification and contact data: name, home address, date of birth, CURP, landline and/or cell phone number, email and valid identification with image (INE, IFE, Passport, Driver's License and/or Military ID).
Academic data: such as educational background, if the User has a university degree, professional license number, specialty, master's degree, certificates and other information that proves the level of studies.
Employment data: last job position, address, e-mail, landline and/or cell phone number, medical exams, AFORE, IMSS affiliation notice, RFC.
Invoicing data: proof of tax status.
Financial data: information from bank accounts, financial statements and credit reports.
3. Processing of Sensitive Personal Data.
For the purposes described in the following section, Rassini Group informs the Users that it only collects Personal Data that under the Law are considered as sensitive exclusively in the event that the User is in the process of becoming an employee candidate.
The Rassini Group will not, for any reason other than that indicated in the previous paragraph, request information considered as sensitive under the Law from the Users.
4. Purposes of the Treatment
Rassini Group may treat your Personal Data for different purposes, depending on the circumstances in which they are collected, obeying at all times the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, as well as the relationship we have with the User, being the following purposes:
I. Reception area in the different addresses of Rassini Group:
To verify your identity.
To control access, exits and maintain security in our facilities.
II. Human Resources Area:
To establish contact with the User and consider him/her for a recruitment and selection process.
Creation of a labor file.
Creation of an employment medical file.
Statistics and historical record of employee candidates and employees.
III. Finance Area:
To establish contact with the User and consider him/her as a possible supplier of Rassini Group.
For the creation of an internal file within the electronic systems of Rassini Group.
To send and receive information concerning the inputs or services to be provided by the potential supplier.
Statistics and historical record of potential suppliers.
IV. Legal Area:
For the elaboration of contractual instruments and/or the celebration of any legal act.
For the recognition, exercise or defense of a right in a judicial process, and to initiate and/or answer proceedings before administrative authorities, whether municipal, state and/or federal, as well as in cases specifically permitted by law.

5. Transfers of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to the recipients and for the purposes identified below:
Parent companies, affiliates or subsidiaries belonging to Rassini Group; for purposes of centralized safeguarding of information; control of registrations, cancellations and updating of data.
Public Bodies; governmental agencies, whether federal, state and/or municipal; Commissions; Institutes and/or Regulatory Entities, for the compliance of informative obligations, transparency and prevention of illicit activities; as well as for the compliance of judicial and/or administrative requirements issued by competent authorities.
External professional advisors and/or service providers; for them to support the Rassini Group to complete its labor contracting purposes. For the present purposes, Rassini Group shall obtain the express consent of the User.
6. Use of Cookies
Rassini Group informs Users that no Cookies, Web Beacons or any form of IP address tracking, monitoring or statistics of Users on digital or electronic platforms are used in the use of the https://www.rassini.com/index.html website.
7. Security Measures
Rassini Group informs the Users that, for the protection of their Personal Data, it has adopted and maintains the security, administrative, technical and physical measures necessary to protect the information against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment.
8. Exercise of ARCO rights
As owner of Personal Data, you may exercise before Rassini Group as Responsible for the treatment of your Personal Data, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (known as “ARCO” Rights). Likewise, you may revoke, at any time, the consent you have granted and which is necessary for the processing of your data, as well as limit the use or disclosure thereof.

Access: You as User may, at any time, access your information contained in the files and/or records created by Rassini Group.
Rectification: You may request that your Personal Data be corrected or updated in case they are inaccurate or incomplete.
Cancellation: You may request the deletion of your Personal Data from the files, records, systems and/or databases when appropriate.
Opposition: You may oppose for legitimate reasons to the processing of your Personal Data.
The request must contain and be accompanied by the following:
I. Name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request.
II. Documents proving your identity or, as the case may be, legal representation.
III. The clear and precise description of the ARCO Rights you wish to exercise; and
IV. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
Rassini Group will communicate to you, within a maximum term of 20 (twenty) business days, the determination adopted on your request. If the same is appropriate, it will be effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which Rassini Group communicates the response.
In case the information provided in your request is erroneous or insufficient, or the necessary documents to prove your identity or the corresponding legal representation are not accompanied, Rassini Group shall require the corresponding correction in order to process it.
The use of electronic means for the exercise of ARCO rights authorizes Rassini Group to respond to the corresponding request through the same means, unless the holder himself/herself clearly and expressly indicates another means, in which case there is any shipping cost, it will be at the User's expense.
When appropriate, you may obtain access to your personal data through simple copies or electronic documents in conventional formats (Word, PDF or other analogous), and in the event that there is any cost, it will be at the expense of the User.
The User is responsible for the actuality of his/her Personal Data in possession of Rassini Group. Therefore, you guarantee and are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated, communicating any change to Rassini Group.
9. Consent
When the User visits our website, e-mail, related pages or provides us with his/her Personal Data, he/she gives his/her consent for the processing of Personal Data, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice.
In the event that the Law requires the express consent of the User, Rassini Group will inform the latter of such situation so that he/she may expressly and in writing give his/her consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data.
10. Revocation of Consent
The User may revoke his/her consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data, without retroactive effects, in all those cases in which such revocation does not imply the impossibility of fulfilling obligations arising from a legal relationship in force between the User and Rassini Group.
The procedure for the revocation of consent, if applicable, will be the same as that established in section 8 (eight) above for the exercise of ARCO rights.
11. Modifications or updates to this Integral Privacy Notice
Rassini Group may modify, update, extend or otherwise change the content and scope of this Privacy Notice, at any time and under its complete discretion. In such cases, Rassini Group will publish such changes on the website https://www.rassini.com/index.html Changes to this Privacy Notice may also be communicated via e-mail, when such means has been established as a communication channel between the User and Rassini Group, during the term of the legal relationship.
If you have access to this Integral Privacy Notice through remote means or you wish to communicate your refusal at any time after the delivery of your data to Rassini Group, you may communicate your decision at any time through the means established for the exercise of your ARCO rights.
